Each piece found in e-shop is ready to order. Please allow up to 5 business days to ship after order is placed.

Message will be sent to your e-mail with parcel tracking number when your order will be shipped.

We ship worldwide and all items are shipped via Standard Priority mail service with tracking number.

Expected delivery times – Europe: 5-15 business days / International: 5-40 business days.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes etc.

Jewelry are packaged as a gift in a nice gift-box and shipped in a bubble mailer and second outside mail-box.

If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased www.moceramics.com, you have unconditional revocation within 14 days of receipt. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail ceramicsmomo@gmail.com and include your name, the item, and invoice number. We will send you the instructions for returning your item. We will refund you as soon as we have received it, you’ll responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that all orders have to be sent back in original condition, not broken. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. After 14 days of receipt, all sales are considered final.
